Legal Services Plan contracts are for three month periods, and auto-renew at the end of each period unless terminated or modified in writing. The fee is fixed, based on estimated monthly need, and does not depend on the amount of services actually provided each month. Some months you might go over the estimated service level, some months you might be under. Remember, you are paying for the right to to utilize services at any point (during business hours) during the month. You choose how much or how little you will use them.
If utilized services consistently exceed or fall short of the estimated monthly need, clients will be offered the option of either moving to another plan or terminating the service agreement. Schreiner Law offers three basic plans. If your needs exceed the standard plans a custom plan may be created to meet your specific needs. For comparison, hourly services are billed at $250 per hour.
